Qualifications

At OnLine Translation, we are up-to-date with the latest in translation technology. We use state-of-the-art translation software, which is primarily based on a so-called translation memory. This memory, essentially a database used continuously throughout the translation process, helps ensure consistency. If no existing translation memory is available for a given text type, we create a new one for current and future use.

We handle nearly all text formats available, including Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, QuarkXPress, InDesign, PageMaker, FrameMaker, Illustrator and various web formats, to name just a few. Consequently, we are able to deliver the texts in the same file format as the one you delivered to us – or a different one, if required. Furthermore, we ensure that the layout of the translation is consistent with that of the original.

If your text is without any significant layout, and you want a more professional graphic design, we are able to offer a DTP solution in addition to the translation. The immediate, visual experience is at least half of a good impression!
